Using RepBrief

RepBrief is a meeting-preparation copilot for field sales. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Don't share one account across a team — each rep should have their own.

Your content

The accounts, contacts, meeting details, voice debriefs and notes you enter remain yours. You give us permission to process them — including sending them to an AI provider — so that RepBrief can generate briefs, transcribe debriefs and remember context about your accounts. That permission ends when your data is deleted.

Not professional advice

Briefs, objection responses and follow-up emails are generated content, not medical, legal or compliance advice. You are responsible for what you say in the field: only make product claims that are approved for your company and your product, and follow your employer's policies and the rules that apply to your territory.

Free briefs and RepBrief Pro

• Every new account gets 3 briefs free, total. Deleted briefs don't bring the limit back.
• RepBrief Pro is $19 per month or $149 per year, billed through Stripe. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
• Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from "Manage billing" in Stripe; your Pro access runs until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Switching between monthly and yearly is handled on the same Stripe billing page.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse RepBrief: no scraping, no reselling access, no attempting to break in or circumvent the free-brief limit, and no using it in a way that breaks the law or your employer's rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RepBrief available and improving, but the service is provided as is. If something goes wrong, tell us at customersupport@getrepbrief.com and we'll do our best to fix it. We may update these terms as the product changes; significant changes will be announced in the app.

Closing your account

You can stop using RepBrief at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email customersupport@getrepbrief.com. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
