Effective October 2026 · RepBrief ("we", "us")

What we collect

  • Account details. Your email address, and your name and email if you sign in with Google.
  • Work you save in RepBrief. The accounts, contacts, meeting-prep details, generated briefs, and notes you add — including the audio and transcripts of voice debriefs you record after a meeting.
  • Billing status. Your subscription plan and its state. We never see or store your full card details — payments are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

Your saved details are used to prepare your meeting briefs, remember context about your accounts, keep your history, and manage your subscription. We use your email to run your account and to contact you about it if needed.

AI processing

When you generate a brief, the meeting details you enter are sent to an AI provider to write the opener, talk track, questions, objection responses, close and follow-up email. When you record a voice debrief, the audio is sent for transcription. What you share with RepBrief travels to these providers so the tool can work — please don't enter anything you're not comfortable sharing for that purpose.

Who we share with

We use a small number of service providers to run RepBrief: a hosting and database provider, an AI provider for brief generation and transcription, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your saved work with other users.

Sign-in sessions

RepBrief keeps you signed in with a session stored in your browser. Signing out ends the session.

Deleting your data

You can delete your briefs, accounts and contacts from inside RepBrief at any time. To delete your account and everything tied to it, email customersupport@getrepbrief.com and we'll take care of it.
